  6. suspended from Dartmouth College last year for harassing a
  7. black professor of music; by Superior Court Judge Bruce Mohl;
  8. in North Haverhill, N.H. The two students got into a shouting
  9. match with the professor after the Review lampooned him. Baldwin
  10. and Sutter are suing Dartmouth, arguing that the college
  11. violated their contractual rights.
